Where is my Quarterly?
When you subscribe, we’ll send you a confirmation email including the date your first shipment will be sent. Afterward, mailings will arrive approximately every three months. It’s important to note that each curator has a different shipping date, and depending on when you sign up, you may not receive your first package for three months or more. Visit your curator's page to see when to expect your first package.
Why does it take that long to receive my Quarterly package?
Our goal is quality, not quantity. We use this time to thoughtfully curate, source, assemble, and ultimately ship your package to you.
Will I be billed when I subscribe?
No — you won't be charged for a package until it is ready to ship.
Are sales tax and shipping fees included?
Only residents of California pay sales tax, which shows up on the confirmation page of the subscription process.
If you are located in the continental United States or U.S. territories, your Quarterly package includes all associated shipping fees.
What about international shipping?
International Quarterly subscriptions—yes, we offer them!—require an additional fee, at the following rates.
- $25/35 mailings: Canada +$10; rest of world +$15. (These legacy rates also apply to ALL curators launched before 4/16/13.)
- $50 mailings: Canada +$20; rest of world +$30
- $100 mailings: Canada +$30; rest of world +$40
Note: We regret the increase in international rates; we make no profit on shipping, and these rates directly reflect our costs!
Can I subscribe to more than one person?
Certainly! Multiple subscriptions means a shorter wait between packages. Peruse our ever-updating curators page and see who else piques your interest. You will be billed for each curator separately.
How do I change my subscription(s)?
To change your subscription, first unsubscribe to your current subscription; then subscribe to the new one you wish to receive.
To unsubscribe, simply sign in to your account in the top right corner of our site. Click on your name to view your account. You’ll see a list of your current subscriptions. Click the “cancel” link next to the “Next billing date” text. Then return to the curators page, select a new curator, and click “Subscribe.”
